What’s Included:

Virtual Mindset Coaching (1-hour sessions per trimester): Talk through fears, process emotions, and receive education-based resources.

Prenatal Birth Planning Visit: One-on-one session to explore birth preferences and prepare for your ideal experience. Up to 4 hours.

Personalized Birth Plan: A written, easy-to-reference birth plan to bring with you to your birth setting.

On-Call Availability: Beginning at 37 weeks, I’ll be on call 24/7 for your birth until your baby arrives.
